Prepaid credit model
Add credit to your account upfront. Credit is deducted only when a lead is delivered to you. Your balance never expires.
Minimum top-up
The minimum single top-up is £500 (exc. VAT). There is no minimum monthly commitment.
VAT receipts
Full VAT receipts are issued automatically on every top-up. VAT is charged at 20% for UK-based customers only — customers outside the UK are not charged VAT. VAT is not charged on lead delivery.
Replacement guarantee
Request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. No cash refunds — approved replacements refund the credit to your balance instead.

Pricing questions
How does the credit top-up work?
You add credit to your account in advance. A minimum top-up of £500 applies (+ 20% VAT for UK customers). Credit is only deducted when a lead is delivered to your inbox — you are never charged for leads you do not receive.
When is VAT charged?
VAT at 20% is added to every credit top-up for customers based in the UK. Customers outside the UK are not charged VAT. A full VAT receipt is issued automatically to your registered email address. VAT is not charged again on lead delivery — only on the initial top-up.
What is the refund and replacement policy?
We do not issue cash refunds. If a lead has invalid contact details, is a duplicate, or does not match the agreed criteria, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. We don’t offer replacements just because a business wasn’t interested, said no, or didn’t respond — a valid lead has been delivered as sold regardless of outcome. Approved replacements refund the credit for that lead to your balance. Replacements are capped at 20% of leads per calendar month.
How are membership tiers calculated?
Your tier is based on your rolling 30-day spend (excluding VAT). It updates automatically each time a lead is delivered — you never need to apply for a tier upgrade. Discounts apply immediately from the moment your spend crosses a threshold.
Can I pause my account?
Self-service pausing isn’t available yet — contact us and we can pause delivery on your account manually. Your credit balance is retained indefinitely either way — there is no expiry on prepaid credit.
Is there a minimum monthly commitment?
No. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend. You buy credit when you need it and leads are delivered when they match your preferences. You are in full control.
