1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the byzzleads platform (“Platform”), operated by byzzleads (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account and using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform overview

byzzleads is a B2B pay-per-lead marketplace. We source and verify business leads and deliver them to registered buyers (digital agencies and service providers) on a per-lead basis. Buyers prepay credit which is deducted on delivery of each lead.

3. Account registration

To use the Platform you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Accounts are for business use only. You must be 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of your business.

4. Credit and payments

The Platform uses a prepaid credit model. Credit is added by topping up your account via Stripe. The minimum single top-up is £500 (exc. VAT). VAT at 20% is applied to payments from UK-based customers and shown separately on receipts; customers outside the UK are not charged VAT.

Credit is deducted from your balance when a lead is successfully delivered to your account. Lead prices are set by us and displayed on the pricing page. Prices may change; the price applicable is the price displayed at the time of delivery.

Credit balances do not expire. We do not offer cash refunds on unused credit except where required by applicable law.

5. Lead delivery

Leads are matched and delivered automatically based on your account configuration (lead types, countries, and daily cap). Each lead is delivered to a single buyer only. We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads or a delivery frequency. Lead availability depends on supply.

Lead information is provided as received from our sources. We take reasonable steps to verify leads before delivery but make no warranty as to the accuracy or conversion potential of any individual lead.

6. Replacements and refund policy

You may request a lead replacement within 7 days of delivery. Replacement requests are reviewed and approved or declined at our discretion. Approved replacements refund the credit for that lead to your account balance.

Replacements are capped at 20% of leads received in any calendar month. We do not offer cash refunds for delivered leads. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Loyalty tiers

Buyers are assigned a loyalty tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on their rolling 30-day spend. Tier discounts are applied automatically to lead prices. Tier thresholds and discounts may be amended by us with 30 days’ notice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share lead data with third parties
• Use lead data for purposes other than direct business development
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse the replacement system by submitting fraudulent requests

9. Data protection

Lead data delivered to you constitutes personal data under UK GDPR. You are a data controller in respect of that data and are responsible for processing it lawfully. You must not use lead data for any purpose other than legitimate business outreach and must handle it in accordance with UK data protection law.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or lead data. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of credit purchased by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
